For the last couple of months, the vWire team has been getting ready for today and I have been waiting for the announcement, careful to not let the cat out of the bag early!  Finally a little relief and the moment I have been waiting for!!

You see today is a big day for Tripwire and for me.  Today is the day of my first product launch.  Tripwire has launched its second free tool called OpsCheck and a new vWire community. OpsCheck, if you have not heard, helps ensure your systems are configured to support VMware VMotion by rapidly analyzing ESX 3.0, 3.5, and ESXi hypervisors, and provides troubleshooting guidance for VMware VMotion. You can Download it here.  It seems today that most all of my blogger friends have got this topic pretty well covered in the blogosphere.  

This process has been a very unique and wonderful experience to be a part of. I work with a team of people as their guide down the virtual path and we are working on creating something great that we can build off of. There will be more on the product later but for now, come check out what is new at vWire.
