		<description>There are much more than disk size to choose either RDM or VMDK.
And in each case you have PRO's and CON's.

		<description>Keep in mind that if you want to use VMware snapshots on you RDM in virtual mode you still need the 20% somewhere... and that would be the working directory.</description>
